Take a group of people, add a dash of activation from a sponsor, put them together for 2 days of intense focus on the team. Stir in a thorough discovery of its mandate, add an exploration of its behaviours, enablers and dysfunctions. Round it off with a credible plan of action. Place the team back in the business to explore its new capability. Follow it up a few weeks later with two, four hour sessions to celebrate progress, initiate honest dialogue and feedback, heighten accountability and report on outcomes back to the team’s sponsor!
