About us
Prior to forming the Learning Company International, we worked with some of the world’s most prestigious brands, on some vast programmes of learning and we also worked intimately with team leaders, project boards and senior leaders.
Design
Headed by Adriëtte Steyl, based in South Africa. Adriette is the brains behind a range of highly successful interventions and learning programmes being delivered by organisations and consultants throughout the globe.
Adriette also manages the relationships with associates and partners to our business.
Delivery
Headed by Richard Nixon, based in the United Kingdom. Richard manages the partner relationships with UK based customers. He is also the primary facilitator for the Learning Company International. A qualified on-line facilitator, Richard also designs and delivers online workshops to global organisations.
