A facilitated two-day workshop, helping managers and leaders to explore how they activate, lead and develop teams, which then moves in day 2 to how they then develop individual capability and performance.
The facilitator leads the participants through a collaborative set of exercises, peer coaching, group discussion and individual reflection.
