Leading Others

A facilitated two-day workshop, helping managers and leaders to explore how they activate, lead and develop teams, which then moves in day 2 to how they then develop individual capability and performance.

The facilitator leads the participants through a collaborative set of exercises, peer coaching, group discussion and individual reflection. During the workshop participants experience development from a completely different perspective, drawing out the wisdom in the room. This surprising and effective method, leaves the traditional preach and teach firmly on the back shelf. Each participant develops deeper understanding and focus on their relationships, intent and capability to drive development, the result, inspired and equipped developers of others.
